SSC CGL 2023- Nationality/Citizenship
A candidate must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A subject of Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India.

SSC CGL Mains Exam Pattern 2023 :
Staff Selection Commission has revised the SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Pattern. Candidates must check the new changes as made in the exam pattern. The SSC CGL Tier-2 exam will be conducted in 3 phases- Paper 1, Paper 2, and Paper 3. Paper I (Compulsory for all posts), Paper II for candidates who apply for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, and Paper III for candidates who apply for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer. There is a negative marking of 1/3 mark for each wrong answer in Paper-I.
